Baldwin Place

I am looking for a young professional female (preferably in her 20’s) to move into the apartment I am currently in at 6 Baldwin Pl in Boston’s North End. The apartment is available 9/1. The unit is on the second floor (only 4 apartments in the building) and has a brand new kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances, a renovated bathroom for both rooms to share, a completely furnished common area, plus hardwood floors throughout — only thing you need to bring is stuff for your bedroom and any kitchen supplies you want … I have everything else already! I am looking for someone who is exceptionally clean and organized. The available room fits a double bed with a small side table, or a queen bed without furniture directly next to it. Great sized closet as well. Please contact if interested in learning more! (No laundry in unit, but there is a great place to do it one block away). The rent is $1350 plus utilities. Doesn’t get better than this in the North End :) (So YOU know-I am a 23-year-old professional who loves working out, hanging with friends, writing, reading, and cooking).
