About the room
! I have two bedrooms opening up around end of August/beginning of September. Really awesome, 3 bedroom house in Fremont, Northeast end of Ballard. Looking for two roommates to fill two separate rooms. The house is split into four units and this ad is for two bedrooms in the main floor, 3 bedroom unit. There is one unit upstairs, one basement unit and one add-on unit in the backyard, all with their own separate entrances.
-3 bedrooms -2 bathrooms -open floor plan with large windows -backyard (shared with backyard unit) -free laundry in mudroom (shared with backyard unit) -street parking (always available, always.) -gas fireplace -all cable channels (hbo, showtime, all of it) -dishwasher in a big ass kitchen -heater on a thermostat for entire property -no ac but it’s cool -hardwood floors in common areas -carpet in bedrooms -large bedrooms -decent amount of storage for each tenant
About me: 28yr old female, I manage clothing retail so I have a very inconsistent schedule and work most weekends. I have a 5 yr old male cat who is super chill and the coolest cat ever, but hey, I could be biased. Unfortunately, he is the only animal allowed on the lease. I enjoy a good happy hour, exploring the city and always down for a new adventure. Obviously, I enjoy having fun, like any normal human being but I know how to lock it up when it matters. Hoping to find people with similar lifestyles. 420 friendly-ish
Looking for: someone(s) (no preference on gender/sexuality) mid 20s-30s, employed, responsible and a good person that wouldn’t be opposed to grabbing a drink or tacos every now and then. Respectful with the common areas of the household, duh. Okay with cats because of the afore mentioned stud, and the fact that he may shed faster than the Roomba can move.
Nitty Gritty - must be able to pass credit/background check with landlord. You’ll be asked to sign a one year lease, provide first and last months rent as well as $500 security deposit.
Utilities - water/sewage/garbage/recycling/electricity/wifi/cable (all cable channels)/gas. All are split between us and the three other units. Averages between $100 to $150 per person, higher in the winter months.
Interested? Shoot me a text, or send an email because nobody calls anyone anymore. Tell me about yourself, tell me something funny, or tell me about a great happy hour we should go to. Hope to hear from you rad humans, best of luck out there!
