Located in Serra Mesa (4 minutes to Safeway, 8 minutes to Mission Valley centers, 18 minutes to Pacific Beach).

• The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and residential. Very close to the police station, and just 5 minutes from two shopping centers with eateries, grocery shopping, and drug stores.
• House has 6 other rooms, 3 other bathrooms.

• Two large fridges (one is brand new)
• Monthly professional cleaners (all common areas & bathrooms)
• AC/Heating in house
• Fast wifi already established

There are 7 rooms in the house total! The other tenants are co-ed, mostly young professionals. While the culture is relatively social, there is no wild partying. There are occasionally game nights with pizza, projector-screening of UFC nights, and often co-working environments in common areas.

It is a 12 month lease with first months rent + security deposity due upon signing! I will be requiring a background and credit check before signing.
