2nd Avenue

Myself (Lily) and my roommate (Claire) are looking for a totally rad person to join us on our lease this year. The ideal candidate will be a young professional woman who is clean, friendly, very respectful, down to earth, and normal. We have an amazing apartment on the upper east side! It is in a prime location close to so many subways, bars, parks, and grocery stores!

A little bit about us~

Claire: I’m a 25-year-old female from Seattle. I do a lot of outdoor exploration and cooking/baking for fun and assist in the curation of a botanical garden for work (which should explain the plants in the apartment lol). Humor, direct communication, empathy, kindness, respect, and intentional living are important to me as a roommate, and I dig living with people who pretty well live the same way.

Lily: I was born and raised in the city! I’m 25 years old and work as an Event Sales Manager for Bowlmor Lanes planning/selling bowling events. I am very laid back and love adventuring, going out with friends, and having fun in the city. I am also very outgoing and social and can get along with anybody! I play on a volleyball league, do tons of activities during the week, and love to work out! I have a cat named Riley who is very sweet. I like a clean apartment and everybody doing their share with chores. Love to have a roommate that shares some of our same interests and enjoys the company of others.
