Connor's room

Apartment is in Eastern Santa Monica area, close to the 405 (5m) and decently close to the beach and downtown Santa Monica (10 m). Area is very safe: lots of people run, go on walks, either for exercise or for their dog, and lock their bikes up outdoors. The apartment has a beautiful interior: wood flooring living room and kitchen, granite topped kitchen and bathroom, tile floored bathroom. The room that is available has a balcony on the 4th floor, is furnished with a desk, bed frame, and clothing hanger (optional). It unfortunately has no closet but is quite spacious, more than just a coat hanger can be used for wardrobe storage. Obviously the other furnishing can be exchanged, but likely only the clothing hangar can be removed prior to move-in. There is AC, though it isn’t connected to this room specifically. This room doesn’t really need the AC though. In-unit Washer/Dryer. Utilities are charged on a quarterly cycle. Security Deposit can be made proportional to length of one’s stay, maximum of $1144 for 9 months. The room is available now.

We’re 3 guys looking for a 4th. All of us have graduated from university (2 of us at USC and 1 of us from UCSD) and now work full time around the LA area. We all went to community college and played volleyball together but are very open and friendly people and will happily accept others into our friendship. Though we spend much of our days focused on our professional careers, we value each others company and try to spend some time together every week and go out and party or casually drink on weekends. We have great respect for people who are driven by career, education, or passion (perhaps a sport) so being busy or not often available is not a bother, though we’d certainly appreciate getting to know our 4th well over their tenure at the property.
