North Perkins Avenue

I’m a 42 year old woman and reside with my 21 year old son and a 27 year old male roommate. I work as an accountant. My son goes to school and works. My other roommate works too. We pretty much keep to ourselves. There is a shared kitchen and dining room area. Internet and laundry is available and included in rent. Electric is paid separately and it’s about 50 dollars a month. There’s street parking and there’s is plenty. House is close to malls, shopping centers and main highways.
