The house is in an older, quieter neighborhood and is one block away from the beautiful Pueblo Park Trail, which is a 3.1 mile out-and-back trail for year round cycling, running and walking.
The shared kitchen is on the first floor and there is an attached lovely shaded outdoor patio with seating and a small garden.
Credit check & references are required. First month, last month and security deposit of $350 required. No smoking on the property (inside or out), no drugs, no weapons of any kind.
