Danielle's room

I am currently staying in the master bedroom. You will have your own bedroom (both with closets), but you will have to share the bathroom (it does have two sinks and ample space). The house has a spacious backyard that overlooks a park and a very nice kitchen. There is also a 2-vehicle garage and street parking. We will have to split wifi, electricity, and water. My roommate is moving out in about two months. He also has some furniture that he is interested in selling if you would like to purchase some of the furniture in the house ( I will also be purchasing some furniture from him). The soonest you could move in is mid-December, but I would prefer January 1st. Please contact me for further details.

I’m looking for two roommates, preferably students or people with a full-time job around my age (24 years old). I am very introverted and like my home to be fairly quiet. I don’t mind occasional visitors or occasional wine/movie nights, but I work full time and am taking classes online, which I take very seriously, so I don’t want to have any parties at the house. I really just want to keep a peaceful setting. I would also prefer if you didn’t have any loud pets or pets that cause allergies (cats/dogs).
