Its a two bedroom apartment with the rooms on opposite sides. The rented out room will have its own bathroom and walk in closet. The room is completey furnished with a barely used queen bed with a frame that has shelves. One long wooden dresser with marble top and tall wooden dresser with marble top. Has tv bracket already on the wall for your TV. Carpeted with being barely used. Beautiful furniture in dining room and living room. Living room has a love sac couch and fireplace mantle cabinet with television.

The best part is a brand new built backyard. 3 other great neighbors next to us and very private. On the edge of an old golf course.

Resort style pool with brand new gym and equipment. Hot tub, fire pits and grills!

Recently have an opportunity for a roommate and the extra income plus company would be great! I’m very non judgmental and friendly! Responsible and works hard but also likes to enjoy life and not have drama. I ask for the same. Communication is important and understanding is helpful between roommates I believe.
