Looking for a roommate for this spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment right next to the Braddock Rd Metro station in Alexandria at the end of October! My roommate backed out at the last minute and I’ve already put in an application/deposit, so looking to find someone ASAP.

The unit is 1,170 sqft with large bedrooms and closets, a sunroom, and in-unit washer/driver. Your bedroom would be 11’6 x 17’9 with a private bathroom (see floor plan picture). Rent is $1250 each on a 15 month lease, plus utilities.

The controlled access building has a fitness center, rooftop pool, outdoor lounge/courtyard with grills and a fire pit, on-site convenience store, and optional private parking (for $100/month). There are three grocery stores nearby, multiple gyms, coffee shops, and restaurants/bars. It’s a growing area so new additions are coming all the time.

Would prefer a female roommate who is clean and respectful. MUST BE CAT FRIENDLY - I’ll be bringing my furry boy Winston back from Michigan in January. He is generally pretty quiet and timid but a snuggly boy once he gets to know you. I’m also looking for a drug-free apartment (including weed) because of my job with a government agency. About me: I’m in my late 20s and work from home with some personal and work-related travel. I’m a fairly quiet roommate who likes to keep common areas clean (especially the kitchen!) but I also enjoy being social and going out. I love knitting/crochet, true crime docs, reading, wine, sports, and brunch. I also have a Nespresso machine you’re welcome to use.
