ABOUT THE ROOM: Queen sized bedroom that can fit a full/queen sized bed, two dressers and night stand with plenty of room to still move around. Decent sized closet as well.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT: 2 bedroom apartment with 2 queen sized rooms. 1 bathroom & spacious living room. There is a washer and dryer in the basement of the unit and elevator. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. Directly across the street is King’s grocery store, Starbucks and Rite Aid. Located around the block from the 126 NYC bus stop on Washington Street. Minutes away from NYSC gym as well as many restaurants and bars. 20 min walk to downtown & PATH.

BILLS: Rent is $1245 a month and includes heat and hot water. Additional bills usually are around $60-65 per month for electric and cable/internet. You will have to put one months rent down and a security deposit.

ABOUT ME: 28 year old female who works in NYC in the fashion industry. I’m laid back and friendly, as well as social during the week and on the weekends. I like to go to the occasional happy hour during the week as well as out in Hoboken and the city on the weekends. During the week I go to gym classes after work and like to watch tv shows (I’m very into the Bachelor). Occasionally I have people over on the weekends but I don’t host parties regularly. I travel occasionally on the weekends and for work but most of the time I am in Hoboken!

ABOUT YOU: mid 20s-30s. Keeps the common areas clean, respectful and need someone who has a secure job and can pay bills on time.
