Pool has gas grills, TVs and sitting area. The clubhouse offers a spacious gym, yoga class and pool table. This location is close to restaurants, bars and a gas station. This property is truly beautiful and has so much to offer. I’m seeking a female roommate. Has to be okay with a dog. Asking for $300 deposit and first months rent.

At the moment its only me in the apartment but I am still looking to rent out my other room eventually but first the room listed. I do have a dog as well.
