Apartment is 2 bathroom 3 bedroom, I live with my girlfriend and we are renting 2nd room with shared bathroom, no smoking or weed or electronic cigarettes and no pets allowed. Fully furnished room just bring your bag and move in! Renting 1 bedroom in 3 bedroom apartment shared with me and another roommate and have access to pool and gym, common areas and more. Electricity and water and wifi is included, move in date May 10 ,Lease ends October 15 2023. Serious inquiries only.I prefer professional daytime working person! Apartment has exterior construction weekdays between 8am to 5pm.That’s why I am looking for day time working person! 1st month and 1 months deposit for to move in and 100 usd monthly cleaning fee for common areas (living room and kitchen)
