Your bedroom has hardwood floors, on the 1st floor, approximately 12 x 12 sq. ft., and private full bath. We live in Petaluma on the east side, in a lovely, peaceful neighborhood. We are a mature, quiet, health conscious, no drama, friendly household. We’re looking for someone who enjoys the same. We’re a semi retired school teacher who is still active in the schools and an interior designer whose office is on the 1st floor, separate from the bedrooms/ bath. We like to stay active and are inclined toward wanting to be outdoors. We work, hike, walk, do yoga/pilates. We enjoy our privacy, but also may watch a TV series together in the evening. Must be a non-smoker and not allergic to cats.
