About the room
Greetings! We are renting the main room of a townhouse fully furnished with bed, tv and a great spacious closet. Includes internet, water and basic cleaning service once a month.
It is a great location right between Rockville, Olney and Silver Spring, MD. Glenmont Metro Station 3.5 miles (red line). Rockville Metro Station 4.3 miles (red line). Montgomery College Rockville Campus is 6.4 miles away.
Bathroom is shared. Private parking available. Contract will be renewed every month if parties agreed. 20 days notice.
We are looking for a calm, clean and organized person COVID-19 vaccinated. Not parties, no drugs, and no smokers, no exceptions due to asthma conditions. We apologize in advance, we love animals, but we have a small dog; No other pets allowed.

About the roomies
We are a calm young family of 2 adults, and a hypoallergenic small dog (mini havanese and poodle mix). My husband works from home mostly. I work with law enforcement and study full time my master’s degree.
We are looking for somebody comfortable to share the space with us and our small dog.
