Looking for a roommate in my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in between Fort Lauderdale and Plantation. Located at The Pearl on Broward Blvd. All amenities included- pool, gym, valet trash, and a small dog park. It is a decent size room with a private bathroom. Close to everything- highways, Las Olas, dog parks, etc. The current lease is through June of 2023. **The photos are from the website to show the set up of the apartment, this isn’t exactly what the furniture looks like in the apartment currently.

I am a 22 year old working full-time in a treatment setting. I work M-F and typically spend my evenings and weekends at home. I have a 4 year old Golden Doodle, who is the sweetest girl. We’re very laid back, love the park and sleeping in on the weekends.
