Renting an unfurnished bedroom in a furnished Santa Rosa apartment. Tenant would also have their own bathroom as well as their own parking space. The apartment isn’t huge but is very livable, with a working kitchen, laundry machines, fireplace, and a gated yard.

I’m fairly quiet and a very unobtrusive roommate. I work five days a week, so when I’m home I’m mostly just looking to relax. I don’t play loud music, I don’t hold wild parties, I don’t drink and I don’t smoke anything. I have a large-breed senior dog who is quiet, mellow, and tends to nap for most of the day.
