My roommate is moving out to a different state! I am looking for a roommate to take the single master bedroom with a giant bathroom in it. The location is amazing and is in the safe part of Koreatown, south of Wilshire. There is a lot going around here, and it’s perfect whether you’re a student or you’re starting your career or whatever else.

They have very good amenities- pools, a big gym, hot tubs, a tennis court, a dog park, etc. Please see the pictures!

My name is Max and I’m a college graduate starting my professional career in Downtown LA. In my free time I love to lift, go out with friends, and play video games with my friends! Lately I’ve been very busy with work so I’m 95% focused on my career.

I’m 23, male, 6’1, and weigh 150 pounds. I grew up in a traditional Korean family, so I’ve been taught to be responsible and clean. I grew up in Santa Clarita, CA, almost all my life, so I guess you can say I’m pretty “Americanized.”

There is one other roommate; his name is Mateo. He is 24 and is an aspiring actor. He also works part-time as a server and film production assistant. I lived with him for 13 months and he is the best roommate I ever had. We have never been late on rent.
