This listing is for a 2-bed & 2-bathroom apartment. Each apartment comes with a washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. I am currently paying for internet, so that is provided to my roommate at no cost. Each of us would have our own bed and bath.

I am currently staying in the 1-bed & 1-bathroom apartment and it is beautiful here. They have a huge pool, a grilling area, a two-story gym, multiple study areas, and much more!

To upgrade to this apartment, it will cost $500 to do so which is what I have already paid down for a deposit fee, therefore the expectation is that whoever decides to be my roommate would cover that fee.

I am 25, and I am usually working most of the day M-F. Twice a month I travel out of state, so each month I am usually gone a week.

I am super laid back, and just looking for someone who is genuine and responsible to move in with me. I’d prefer to be good friends with whoever I’m living with, because that’s definitely a bonus, right? I’d also prefer someone who is decently close to my age, but that isn’t a must.

I do own a 6-month-old ferret, so if you aren’t okay with that then this is your heads-up!

I don’t smoke, but I do socially drink. I don’t like drama, therefore please don’t be someone who is all about it.
