Furnished, private room with its own TV, shared bathroom with one roomie, washer/dryer, Internet, & utilities all included. Housekeeping is included and comes once a month. You will have your own refrigerator, covered garage parking space, full access to the kitchen, living room, courtyard as well as amenities in the community. Smoking is OK outside. No over night visitors.

You will be sharing the house with two other females. It is a clean, beautiful home, ready for you to move into. We are looking for a full time employee female who is clean, and respectful. The room is available now.
