The unit has a spacious shared living room with TV, kitchen with modern appliances, a private bathroom and private bedroom with a walk-in closet. Washer and dryer are in-unit. The place has high speed internet connection, air conditioning, and HDMI cable access in every bedroom & common area. The apartment is furnished and freshly renovated, and the parking lot is located off the street in between the apartment buildings. You will have access to a pool, a 24/7 gym, and a large study area on the first floor. Two female roommates who share the unit all have their own private bathroom and bedroom, so you have an opportunity to enjoy your privacy.

The apartments houses mostly students, but people who are not currently enrolled in school are welcomed too! There is no age limit and no income restriction as long as you are able to pay deposit or provide a guarantor.
