We are a bunch of hard working young women who just want stable roomies! We are kind. We love pizza. We need roommates who want to stay long term. (Need some proof of income and need to be looking to stay at least 1 year).

Downstairs Room Description (room shown in photos) : Ready to move in ASAP. This room is the only room downstairs. It is small. It has a great closet. Close to the front door. Two windows that allow a lot of light into the room. Ready to Move in! Shared living areas/kitchen and bathrooms. There are two bathrooms, one shower downstairs and one full bathroom upstairs. Roommates use both. Bills are not included but include water, electricity, gas, and wifi. Wifi is fixed $11.99/monthly. The other bills are usually about $70/month (decreases and increases depending on AC usage). Parking in the back lot of the house is shared but we have our designated spaces. House needs 5 roommates, currently we have 3. Searching for roommates to fill the rooms that are empty by august 1st.
