This is a wonderful, spacious and sunlit 2-bedroom, 1 bath apartment with a galley kitchen and large shared living room. The room for rent is very large (11’X16.5’) that can fit up to a king sized bed. The room has a gas heater and comes with an AC unit. It will be sparsely furnished with a bed and dresser.

The building is on a dead end street close to Prospect Park and both Parkside Ave (Q) and Prospect Park (Q,B,S) stops. Flatbush Avenue has tons of coffee shops and bars/restuarants to choose from. There are multiple grocery stores, a planet fitness, and a yoga studio all within a 8 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is also walking distance to Prospect Park, Brooklyn, Botanical Gardens and 1 stop from Brooklyn Museum.

My boyfriend and I currently share the room for rent and share the apartment with really good friend of mine. We’re only looking to move out so we can get our place!

Michael is the remaining roommate. Michael is a bartender who is active so he’s not at the apartment from 3-midnight, sometimes 2am most nights and on his days off (Sundays and mondays). He is chill but spends lots of time outdoors so anyone who is a student or has a 9-5 monday thru Friday will have lots of privacy. Michael is smart, funny and knows how to make a good cocktail :)

New roommate should be chill, easy going, able to communicate verbally and not only vi text. Also must be okay good with cats. Beau is a very sweet black cat who likes to eat and snuggle.
