Henry's room

Hello. I am leaving for work and will be out for about half a year. During that time I would like to sublease my room. We live in a condo and are renting. It’s a great spot. It’s gated, has hour security, has lots of washers and dryers, and has amenities. There is a gym that gets the job done, and multiple pools in the complex. My roomate is . He is a personal trainer and a manager at a gym. He is typically gone all day. We are both very social. We don’t throw ragers but we do have friends come over on the weekends from time to time. We typically have the apartment pretty clean and currently have my dog living with us. We are open to pets. Trying to sublease my room as early as December , but if someone is really interested I’ll do it as soon as November. Thank you.

My roomate is in his mid twenties, he is a personal trainer and manager at a gym. Very much into fitness and meal prepping. We both are not into partying but do have some friends come over on the weekends sometimes. My roomate is not a drinker but has no issue with it.
