Share clean and tidy 1008 Sq Ft home with owner. The home is located in Edgewater, just west of Sloan’s lake. Easy access to I-70, I-25, 6th ave and downtown. Bus line is 1 1/2 block away.

I’m specifically looking for a respectful roommate who is either in and pout of the bathroom before 7 am or after 8 am. My routine is between 7 and 8 am and then I’m off to work for the day. I generally return home between 5 and 6.

The bedroom is completely unfurnished but the rest of the home is furnished. The kitchen is pretty well stocked but if there is something you might need I’m happy to consider providing it or letting you bring it.

I have a house cleaner come every other week so no cleaning required, I take care of the lawn.

Amenities include a central air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, patio (out of the sun in the evening) and off street parking.

The bedroom is approximately 10 x 11 with a 6’ long closet, you will also have access to two additional closets for storage.

I currently have an oversized 1 car garage for rent, 12.5’ x 21.5’, it is available for storage only. I will offer the garage for an additional $150.00 per month to a roommate first and it is completely optional if you happen to need it. I will rent the garage at a higher rate to a third party if you do not need it.

Guests are fine if they are respectful, partying is not compatible with my lifestyle so please keep that in mind. Over night guests are ok on occasion just let me know your intentions or routine with your existing relationship.
