I have the master bed/bath available for rent in a brand new (opened October ‘17) luxury apartment building. I’m looking for someone for August 1st, but earlier or later could possibly be arranged.

The bathroom has a double-sink vanity, with lots of storage. There are two “Jack & Jill” type closets between the bedroom and bathroom, which are quite deep and spacious.

The apartment itself is over 1220 sq. ft. and is fully furnished.

The room available is also furnished with a queen size memory foam mattress, with pillow-top, along with nightstands, bedside lamps etc..

The price listed includes all utilities - Xcel, Xfinity TV (all sports and movie channels) and High-speed internet.

Location: The building is very quiet and located in a great location in the West Highlands area, very close to both downtown and the highways, yet far enough away to be in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the 32nd and Lowell businesses, Tennyson is less than a mile away. A quick $7 Lyft ride will get you to LoDo, RiNo etc.

The building has an office area, a decent fitness center, community room with pool table, kitchen area and multiple TV’s, and a pool deck with hot tub, grills etc. Parking is covered and reserved. *** If you require a reserved, covered parking space, that will bring the cost to $1425. Otherwise, there is street parking in the neighborhood.

I’m looking for a mature professional, someone very clean, respectful of common areas, pays bills on time etc.

I am pretty organized, so tidiness and cleanliness is very important, but as long as people pick up after themselves, I’m good.

I’m a 44 year old professional gay male, in the software consulting field, pretty low-key during the week and generally only go out on weekends, and even that is low-key these days. I’ve had male and female, gay and straight roommates in past the without issue.

I have a 12 year old Jack Russell terrier who is very friendly with humans, but not so much with other animals, so unfortunately no more pets.

FYI - the current lease goes through September 16th 2019.
