Two living rooms, pool table, and gym room, BBQ and patio set. Semi smart home with nest, wifi lights, and google homes. Just down the street from a large park. No smoking inside, drugs, alcohol and pets of any kind. I would prefer age 30+, this is not a party house. Must be responsible, clean, show proof of job and 2 references. Available now.

Rent is $700 with last months rent as deposit.
