Unfurnished 1 bedroom, shared bathroom in two story condo. Located in a gated community just 3 miles away from the Ontario airport and a few minutes from the 10 and the 60.
All utilities + wifi included. Uncovered parking permit included.
Parking available on a first come first serve basis, plus plenty of street parking.
Access to washer and dryer in condo. Access to pool and tennis court on-site.
No overnight guests. No more than 3 guests allowed at a time, no more than 1 day a week.
No drug use, alcohol or smoking on property. Sober household.
About the roomies
Hi! My name is Charmaine (she/her) and I’m the condo owner. I’m looking for a very clean roommate who respects boundaries and is okay with doing bi-monthly roommate checkins. I ideally would like a long-term roommate who is an ambitious, successful woman either pursuing a degree, active in her career or in school.
Traveling nurses and grad students will get first choice.
The lease is 3 months to start and then a month to month with a 30 day notice required for move out.

I have 2 friendly cats. I work from home. I love yoga, meditation, dancing, hanging with friends/family, being in nature, going to music festivals/ concerts, gaming, food, movies/tv shows, and… Beyoncé!
