This is for a ROOM FOR RENT. There are 3 bedrooms but only 1 is for rent. Room is $900/Month, All Utilities included. Freshly painted inside the entire house. High speed internet, Security System and security cameras (tenants have access too), Pest Control, and TV App username and passwords included. All bedrooms have new fan/light fixtures. After the 2018 Hurricane, new floors were installed in the living room, a brand-new AC unit, Furnace, and Water Heater have been installed shortly after. House has hardwood floors and tile, so it is easy to clean. Home features a laundry room and washer and dryer are provided, as well as all appliances in the kitchen all roommates have access too.

Unfortunately, no pets allowed. Landlord is responsible for landscaping. Looking to rent 1 of the rooms to a male or female. No couples, unfortunately. Military members are encouraged.

10-minute drive to Tyndall AFB. 41 minutes to Pier Park. There is a nice park down the street to walk or run for exercise. Grocery stores, gas stations, and outlets are not too far.

About the roommate: I am a 33-year-old Air Force Veteran Male who served at Tyndall AFB for 6 years. I travel to California quite often to visit my family so the other 2 roommates will have even more space when I am not there.
