Raymond's room

3 bedroom family home with total house privileges, close to CSUSB. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The room is small with a closet and is furnished with a new bed and bed frame. Can be moved out if you want an empty room. The bathroom is shared only with one more person. The house is nice and always cleaned.
The backyard has an built in pool 8 ft to 3 with an attached jacuzzi. I need to rent out the extra space ASAP.

My roommate and I both work full time. I’m currently in the Registered Nursing program and I’m usually in the office area studying. My other roommate keeps to himself and is usually in his room after work.
