I own a 3 bedroom house in Spring Hill. Property is right off of Mariner Blvd and very close to public transportation, restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations, route 19 and route 50. I have a caged in outdoor patio with a fire pit. My driveway can accommodate 2 to 4 vehicles and the garage has space for some storage if necessary. My roomie will have their own room, their own bathroom, use of the kitchen and the living room. Im asking for to sign a 6 month lease, plus 1 month security deposit. NO smoking, NO pets, NO children.

I am recently divorced living by myself. I am neat, clean and organized. I would like someone who is tidy as well. The situation is 420 friendly as well, just no smoking in the house.
