Temporary rental (1-9 Months) bright and sunny room with private entrance, 5 burner stove, full sized refrigerator, private kitchenette, private bath. No onsite parking or laundry. One person only please. No smoking, no pets.

You don’t share the studio. It is all for yourself. Friendly working owners/family of 3 lives in main house. Shared swimming pool, separate private guest suite (ADU) available for rent in lovely South Arcadia neighborhood/El Monte Adjacent. Off street parking only, all utilities paid for except internet. Water, gas and electrical and gardener paid for by owners.
