Females only, please. I have two bedrooms for rent. One is a large room with a private exterior entry for $1,000 per month, and the other is a standard size bedroom available for $800 per month. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED! There is a shared bathroom (shared with my 11 year old daughter who’s here half time). Our home is very mellow, safe, and clean! My daughter is here usually half the week. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood located close to the 303 freeway off Cotton Lane between Waddell Rd and Greenway Rd. My home has a beautifully landscaped backyard with pool and bar-b-que which is open for your use. There is a laundry room you are welcome to use, and we will share refrigerator space.

I am looking to rent to the right person who will fit in with the peaceful, drama free vibe. I am quiet during the work week, and enjoy being social during the weekends. I don’t smoke, or do drugs, and prefer those who don’t as well. An occasional wine night is always on the agenda! The home is very clean and I expect those who live here to be clean as well. I will do a background check when the right person is met. I prefer someone who would rather stay a while and become a part of the home, rather than someone short term.
