About the room
The room is on the top floor and has lots of light. There are double closets and the room is big enough for a King bed and desk. It comes with a private bathroom. Your room is at the front of the apartment so you do not need to go through common areas to get there. We live in Avalon Luxury Apartment Community which is steps away from restaurants, cafes, shops, and MUD. Our community includes 24/7 gym, pool, entertainment BBQ areas, and a professional conference room.
About the roomies
We are a professional couple: chef and teacher. We are LGBTQ friendly and 40+ welcoming as well. We are open to most things as long as it is not to an extreme.
