North Concord Avenue

Hi!

We are looking for a roommate to fill our 4th and master bedroom. There are currently 3 of us living here, our 4th just moved out and on to a new adventure. We are a clean, chill group- one of us is an 8-5er, one works from home, the other works nights. Your room has its own bathroom plus shower, its own entrance, and is in a finished basement that stays temperature regulated all year and gets plenty of natural light. We all pitch in on cleaning, but aren’t too particular about it just as long as the common areas remain respectfully clean. We have a backyard with a garden and fire pit, and a detached garage that mainly holds our bikes. We are 2 blocks from New Seasons, the Max, and a few local bars/restaurants. We’ve lived here a little over 2 years and love the spot. Our landlord is super chill, the house has lots of charm, and we all get along great. We already have one dog, so no pets please. We split H20, gas, electric, and internet equally. We’d love to meet you!
