Moorpark Coll

Hello everyone! This is a condo in the Moorpark College area. The room available is $850 plus utilities split and measures 11x11.5 ft. Move in date is November 1st but can be sooner if needed. Security deposit required. You will be sharing the bathroom with myself. There are full amenities and full access in the house washer/dryer (that are newer) and kitchen with equipment that is available to everyone. The condo is fully furnished but you may furnish the available room yourself. If there is anything in the picture you would like to keep to use let us know because they are available at no charge including the full size mattress (new). The condo just had new floors put in upstairs, baseboards, and fully remodeled bathrooms. The condo is 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and will have garage storage available to everyone. I have one cat who is hairless and super friendly to everyone. For this reason we are asking for no other pets. There is no smoking inside the house and this will be a relatively quiet and friendly household. Guests will be allowed with prior notice and approval.

I am 22 and a Nursing Student at CSUCI the people in the master bedroom are being coordinated right now but is presumptively going to be a younger couple (28) that are mature and responsible and are relatives to myself. We are looking for a younger female to fill the last room and we are student friendly!
