Maggie's room

Female college students only please! The condo contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total. Two girls will be sharing the master bedroom, while I will be in one of the other bedrooms. You would stay in the other private bedroom, and will share a full bathroom on opposite side of the hallway with me. The lease term will be for the academic year (mid-Sept to mid-June), and can be extended through the summer and for the following academic year as well. The earliest move-in date will be Wednesday, 9/21/2022.

The condo is inside the University Greens gated community, and features vast grass lawns and a pool. The condo is on the second floor, and there is a private garage right below as well as plenty of outdoor parking within the complex. The property is only 2 miles away from the northwest side of UCR’s campus, and about 3 miles from the northeast side of RCC’s campus.

I am a first-year education major at UCR and my other condomates are both first-years at UCR as well! We’re all super easygoing and friendly :) Please message me for any further inquiries!
