I’m looking for a female to take over my lease in Newbury Park. It’s a 2b2b apartment in Arroyo Villa apartment complex, and you’ll be sharing the apartment with another female in her late twenties who works in IT. You will have your own private bedroom and private bathroom. It has two huge closets with full sized mirrors in the front. The room itself has two big windows meaning lots of natural light. Also it comes with a personal garage and in-unit laundry. The room is unfurnished however the common spaces like living room, kitchen, dining, patio are all furnished. You’re still welcome to bring your own furniture for the common spaces. Attaching a floor plan that lists out the dimensions of the room for your reference.

This is a 6-month lease until end of March 2023 with an option to renew for an additional 12 months. The rent is $1212.50 plus utilities that will be split in half between you and the other roommate. Reach out if you want to know more. Thanks!
