Private room for rent in a Home in Concord! Available Feb 15th. Have one other female roommate. Central AC/Heat. Must love furbabies, I have a small dog and 2 cats. They are very sweet and will win your heart! There is parking.
About the roomies
Please no drama!! I Work from home most days, the other roommate is gone a lot. We both stick to ourselves for the most part. Very quiet home. Love to have cocktails/wine on the weekends for sure!! Very chill atmosphere. All I ask is to keep all shared areas very clean, especially the kitchen!! NO SMOKING CIGARETTES! We do have a cleaning lady come twice a month, you can choose to use her services or not 😊
