Minutes away from highway 4 and the new Antioch Bart Station Hillcrest Ave. This room comes with a personal fridge and a microwave—use of a brand new washer and dryer, and plenty of street parking. The house gets cleaned 2x a month and your room and the bathroom is cleaned and the room is vacuumed/dusted free of charge. I work from home now because of COVID and It’s just my husband and myself. Monthly rent includes Wifi and Utilities (PG&E, trash, water). Rent is $950 monthly with a $500 deposit. It is a 6-month minimum lease minimum. Proof of employment (current pay stubs) is required. About the roomies
I work from home now because of COVID and It’s just my husband and myself. He works in San Francisco. There are no children in the home.
