I have completely renovated the unit. I am responsible and clean and expect my room mate share cleaning responsibilities for common areas, as well as hall bath. I am looking for a roommate who shares similar values and is considerate of their living space.

$1650 month I’m a FT teacher, completing internship in School Psychology.

The rent includes utilities such as (water & sewer, internet). Electris is shared. Parking is available which is a huge bonus in this area of Miami! Once orientation is complete, a parking is granted. Utilities cost is half of electric bill (FPL) approximately $50/month your share.
