3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, bungalow located in a nice area of Pueblo with central AC. Bathroom new and remodeled (new floor, large vanity, new tub, new toilet). Kitchen new and remodeled (new fridge, oven with air fryer, sink, dishwasher, microwave, etc.). New carpet installed in the room, large walk in closet with plenty of storage space & small window for extra light, black-out privacy curtains installed. Room for rent is freshly cleaned & painted with new large led ceiling fans installed. Some extra storage available. Fenced front and back yard. Simply-Safe security system. It’s me (38) and my 5 year old dog. There is one bedroom for rent. I’m a coffee loving outdoorsy person, I enjoy taking my dog to the park and going on walks, riding my motorcycle, and camping. I also enjoy cooking, wood working, 3D design, NFTs and artwork amongst many other things. I like to keep things clean and organized as well as be very considerate of people (schedule, bathroom, noise, etc). I don’t drink and I don’t smoke. Love cats, but I’m sadly allergic.
