you will see current candid photos of how the rooms look, my roommate is moving out soon and i am looking for someone to help finish out the lease.(rooms will be cleaned up before move in) pretty awesome quiet area near Redlands university, 2bed2bath depending on who wants to join me on the lease, a master room with private bathroom and two closet spaces, available for $1300 or a smaller room but your bathroom will be the hall bathroom and respected as your own. for $900 +utilities such as: Edison, WIFI, water trash and sewage fee we would split all down the middle of the price. there is street parking which is free, but permit parking available and is no assigned spots but i usually never have a problem parking close how i like it. washer and dryer is not included but there are wash houses on the apartment grounds with reasonable pricing. the apartment is upstairs facing the street parking so most of the time you can park right outside. if you have any questions please feel free to reach out i am looking before October 1st to lock a friendly roommate in for the lease alongside me.
