This home is located in Clearwater Florida and has 3 private bedrooms available. Currently, no one occupies the home so if you would like to refer a friend for the second or third bedroom you are welcome to advise of your interest. This home is booked per room. The kitchen is currently being remodeled so it is not included as yet (Everything else is available for shared use. Leases are offered on a month to month basis or up to 6 months. There is 2 bedrooms unfurnished and 1 bedroom that is furnished. (The furnished bedroom is an upcharge so please specify which room you are inquiring about. If you’re interested in booking a room please inquire for more information. Private rooms come with a lock and key to ensure privacy and safety.
