Unfurnished room available in 3 bedroom apartment. The bathroom is shared. The apartment building only has 4 units so it’s nice and quite! We are located 2 minutes from CSUSM. There is a washer and dryer in unit.
About the roomies
We are both 24-year females and work full-time Monday-Friday. We love to go out on the weekends but don’t bring the party home. We love festivals, cooking and watching movies. There is one cat named Sammy and he’s super easy going. Unfortunately, he doesn’t get along with other animals so no other pets allowed. Move in date is May 1st. 1 year lease with a $500 deposit. We are open to both male & female applicants.
We’re looking for a person who is active and doesn’t spend all their time at home. Guests are okay on occasion but we aren’t looking for a roommate who brings a boyfriend/ guy/ friend home every other night (we don’t need a 4th roommate). We love going out together and having spontaneous evenings so be open to joining us.
