Hi there, I am currently looking for a roommate.

I have a 1 bedroom available for rent starting now, and would love to rent that extra space. I am looking for someone that is friendly, helpful, willing to clean after themselves, and is reliable when it comes to paying rent on time. I am very organized, clean, relaxed and easy going. So I would prefer someone as similar but different in their own ways. The minute you sign the lease agreement, my home becomes your home, and I want you to feel as comfortable as possible. I’m very easy to get along with, so if you have any questions or concerns during your leasing period, please feel free to communicate with me, and I’ll be more than happy to assist. This is a very nice and quiet pet friendly community, that’s why I’ve been living here a few years now. I have a 1 bedroom available now with shared bath and kitchen, and YES! (UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED). In addition, if I decide that your the right fit, you’ll be asked to do a background check and Tenant Questionnaire. There’s a $800 security moving deposit fee. This location is right in the middle of every famous fast food restaurants and stores. Towson Center/Mall is about 10+ minutes away, and the environment is very clean and friendly. There’s easy access to the highway, and bus stop isn’t that far away. For safety purposes: If your interested we can zoom meet, than meet up in person for a tour. That way you’ll be able to decide for yourself rather or not it’s a right fit for you.
