Room in marysville, WA. 30 miles north of Seattle close to Seattle metro in a family environment. The room is large with comfortable decor. Memory foam mattress, fresh paint, new floor, and a tv hooked up to Wi-Fi and signed in to Netflix and Hulu. There is a second living room with 70“ inch tv downstairs and a bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Upstairs (pictured) is shared living space. There is a wood burning fire pit as well as a gas fire pit. First time listing so if you have any questions or helpful suggestions let me know! This is a shared family home so working nights might be hard since it’s not completely quiet but we are definitely accommodating! The price is negotiable based on how long you stay. $1000 per month.

You would be sharing the space with a family. Mom dad two little boys. I am a bartender and my partner works in concrete. We have a dog and a cat. I am going to school for human services and life is just expensive! I am hoping to find someone who could match with our lifestyle. There are two living rooms, two fire places, a large yard, and a lot of space. You could definitely keep to yourself or share space with us! We live right next to a park with walking trails and on the other side of us is a giant wooded park with hiking trails.
