In a year long lease that expires on July 13th 2023 through RSC associates. The security deposit is $835 and you will be taking over the old roommates lease. The property is only 1 mile from campus! I just bike to school and it takes 5-7 minutes. The house is a single story duplex with a nice big driveway so you won’t need to park on the street. It has a smaller yard, but it’s decent. Your room is a good size with two windows, and it has a really big walk in closet! You will also get your own bathroom that I put in the picture! The kitchen is nice with stainless steel appliances, plus there is a washer and dryer already here!

His name is Gyps and he’s a registered emotional support golden retriever that is 3 years old. Hopefully you say he’s the best dog ever as most people do!
