I am 23 years old living in the denver area. I am looking for a reliable roommate that is okay with living with with kids. I have a 3 year old son and a 1 year old daughter. Looking for someone that is clean. I am 4/20 friendly and cook dinner almost every night. There is an indoor pool and hot tub and an outdoor pool. Tennis court as well as a 24 hour gym. Your room has access to a balcony with a bathroom right across the hall. $700/ month. I do not currently have WiFi or cable but willing to get it. Please contact if interested.
