4 bedroom home, near a park with soccer area, basketball court bbq pits and enough running space. Quite area, pretty safe area. Room available is facing back of house and full view of park. Landry room and restroom both near by and shared with rest of house mate. $500.00 security deposit non-refundable. (Cleaning of Bedroom, cleaning of Carpet. Prior to move in/ after moved out.)

Majority of house mates work most of the day, home does have 2 dogs and other housemates are females. We share kitchen, living room and loft area. Home comes with shared tv in living room area as well as kitchen equipment upon asking. Limited space for additional kitchenware and room is not furnished.
